The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires it, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and tk1995 with respect to your use of the Platform.
By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between any translation of these Terms & Conditions (whether produced by a third party or for informational purposes only) and the English language version, the English language version shall prevail.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of these requirements at all times while your Account remains open.
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. tk1995 operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly allow any individual under the age of 18 to register an Account, make a deposit, or place a Wager. We conduct age verification checks during the KYC process and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
- Personal Account: You must register only in your own true name and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, accounts registered in the name of another individual, and accounts registered by professional gamblers acting for third parties are strictly prohibited.
- One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts (whether using the same or different personal details) constitutes Prohibited Conduct and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
- Mental Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated, or who are acting under any form of legal guardianship that restricts their ability to enter contracts, may not register an Account.
- Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether applied through the tk1995 responsible gaming tools or through any other gambling operator. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by registering a new account.
Account Registration & Security
To access the full functionality of the Platform — including placing Wagers, making deposits, and claiming Bonuses — you must register a personal Account. The following rules govern the registration process and your ongoing obligations regarding account security.
Registration Requirements
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile telephone number, and a valid email address.
- You must not use a false identity, a name other than your own legal name, or any misleading information during registration. Providing false registration data is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. If any of your details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your Account profile within 14 days of the change.
Account Security Obligations
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. tk1995 will never ask you to disclose your password by email, telephone, or chat. Any communication purporting to be from tk1995 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
- You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in your account security settings. We strongly recommend activating 2FA immediately after registration.
- If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk1995 support immediately at [email protected]. We will take prompt action to secure your Account.
tk1995 reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement). Processing KYC documentation typically takes between one and three business days.
Deposits & Withdrawals
tk1995 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to the limits and conditions set out below.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
- Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- tk1995 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
- tk1995 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming that a deposit method belongs to the Account holder as part of the KYC process.
- Withdrawals are available to KYC-verified Account holders only. Unverified accounts may deposit and wager but may not withdraw until verification is complete.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for verified accounts are processed within one hour during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST).
- tk1995 does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. tk1995 reserves the right to apply alternative withdrawal routing at its discretion.
- Any withdrawal request that triggers our anti-money-laundering checks may be subject to additional review, which may extend the processing time by up to five business days.
Betting & Casino Game Rules
The following general rules apply to all Wagers placed on the Platform, whether on the sportsbook, live casino, or slots products. Game-specific rules published within each product take precedence over these general rules where they conflict.
- Bet Acceptance: All Wagers are subject to acceptance by tk1995. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any Wager at our absolute discretion, including but not limited to Wagers that exceed published maximum stake limits or that we reasonably believe to be associated with advantage play, arbitrage, or abuse of promotional offers.
- Insufficient Funds: A Wager will only be accepted if your Account Balance at the time of placement is sufficient to cover the full stake. Wagers placed without sufficient funds are void. tk1995 does not extend credit to Players under any circumstances.
- Palpable Errors: Where a Wager has been accepted at an obviously incorrect price or odds due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error, tk1995 reserves the right to void the Wager and return the stake to the Player's Account. This applies to all products including the sportsbook, live casino, and slots.
- Cricket & Sports Betting: BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all other cricket fixtures are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). If a match is abandoned, tied, or postponed, specific settlement rules published in the sportsbook at the time of bet placement will apply.
- Live In-Play Betting: Wagers placed during live in-play markets are accepted subject to a brief validation delay to prevent exploitation of delayed data feeds. Once accepted, in-play Wagers are final and cannot be cancelled by the Player unless the Cash Out feature is available and exercised before the relevant market is settled.
- RNG Casino Games: All slot games and RNG-based table games on the Platform use certified random number generation. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate at the time of publication and are provided by the respective game developers. tk1995 does not modify RTP values for individual Players.
- Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a casino game round or live bet placement, tk1995's server-side records will be used to determine the final outcome of the affected game round or Wager. We are not liable for any losses caused by a Player's own connectivity issues.
Bonuses & Promotions
tk1995 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, BPL and IPL seasonal promotions, and free spins on selected slot titles. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional conditions specified in the relevant promotion terms.
- Each promotion is available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria (including minimum deposit requirements, game restrictions, and time limits) will be stated in the specific promotion terms published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they can be transferred to the real-money Balance or withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes Prohibited Conduct.
- tk1995 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's account at the time of cancellation will be honoured in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
- Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cultural events (Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day on 16 December, Independence Day on 26 March) and cricket tournaments (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) are subject to their own individual promotion terms published during the relevant campaign period.
- tk1995 will not award any bonus to a Player it reasonably believes is engaging in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to placing opposing Wagers across multiple accounts, placing Wagers solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or exploiting a technical error in bonus crediting.
Prohibited Conduct
The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonuses, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.
- Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with your Account or any transaction on the Platform.
- Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or IP addresses.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game, poker hand, or sporting event offered on the Platform.
- Automated Tools & Bots: Using any software, script, robot, crawler, or automated system to access, interact with, or exploit any part of the Platform, including but not limited to automated bet placement tools and odds scrapers.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. tk1995 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in bad faith, including placing opposing Wagers to guarantee bonus profit, or using multiple accounts to claim promotions intended for individual Players.
- Match Fixing & Integrity: Placing any Wager on a sporting event in which you have a material interest in the outcome, or in connection with any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or corruption of sporting integrity.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial service provider in respect of any deposit made to your Account. Chargeback fraud will result in immediate Account closure and potential legal action.
Account Suspension & Closure
tk1995 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including (but not limited to) the circumstances described below.
- Breach of These Terms: Any confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, including any instance of Prohibited Conduct, may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.
- Regulatory Compliance: Where required by applicable law, regulation, or court order, we may freeze or close an Account and withhold funds pending investigation by the relevant authority.
- Inactivity: An Account that has been inactive (no login, deposit, or Wager activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. We will notify you by email before applying any dormancy-related administrative fees or initiating Account closure procedures.
- Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who activate the voluntary self-exclusion tool will have their Account suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period. During this period, login access is blocked and no marketing communications will be sent. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details.
Where an Account is closed by tk1995 due to confirmed Prohibited Conduct, any Balance, pending Wagers, and unclaimed Bonuses may be forfeited at our absolute discretion. tk1995's decision in such matters is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk1995 limits its liability to Players as follows. Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- Platform Availability: While we endeavour to maintain continuous availability of the Platform 24 hours a day, seven days a week, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows, technical faults, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. tk1995 is not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.
- Betting Decisions: All Wagers are placed at the Player's own risk and on the basis of the Player's own judgment. tk1995 provides no advice, recommendations, or tipster services. We are not liable for any financial loss arising from a Player's betting decisions, regardless of whether those decisions were informed by information published on the Platform.
- Third-Party Services: The Platform integrates with third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), payment processors, and data feed suppliers. tk1995 is not liable for any error, delay, or failure attributable to a third-party service provider, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
- Maximum Aggregate Liability: To the extent permitted by law, tk1995's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Consequential Loss: tk1995 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Amendments to These Terms
tk1995 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Our approach to amendments is designed to give Players fair notice of material changes while preserving our ability to respond quickly to regulatory, technical, or operational developments.
Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects a Player's rights, obligations, or financial exposure — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by sending an email to the address registered on your Account and by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. You will have the right to close your Account and withdraw your Balance without penalty during this notice period if you do not accept the proposed changes.
Where an amendment is non-material — for example, a correction of a typographical error, a clarification of an existing provision that does not change its substance, or an update required to reflect a change in applicable law — we may update these Terms & Conditions immediately without advance notice. The updated Terms & Conditions will state the new effective date at the top of the document.
In all cases, the version of these Terms & Conditions that was in effect at the time a Wager was placed will govern the settlement of that Wager, unless the amendment specifically addresses settlement procedures for outstanding Wagers and you have been given adequate notice.
Governing Law & Contact
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tk1995 is operated for and directed primarily at players located in Bangladesh.
In the event of any dispute between you and tk1995 relating to your Account, a Wager, a payment transaction, or any other matter covered by these Terms & Conditions, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. Our support team aims to resolve all Player disputes within five business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
Formal complaints should be submitted in writing via email to [email protected], clearly stating your Account username, a description of the issue, the date(s) on which the relevant event(s) occurred, and any supporting documentation.
